Product DescriptionThe Visonic SPY 2 miniature motion detector offers advanced intrusion detection performance in an exceptionally unobtrusive form. With a diameter of approximately 19 mm and a length of 70 mm, it is designed to be flush-mounted in a wall or installed behind a surface so that only the tiny lens remains visible. It delivers a medium-angle detection pattern covering up to 8 m at 50° (25 ft at 50°) with three double-beams in a single detection layer. The unit operates from 10–14 V DC with a current draw of 12.5 mA and features a dual element low noise pyroelectric sensor, enhanced light rejection filtering, and RF immunity up to 1000 MHz to reduce false alarms and improve reliability. Ideal for high end residential or commercial applications where visual discretion is just as important as detection accuracy, it fits seamlessly into modern security systems requiring professional quality performance.
