Product DescriptionThis Genesis cable is built for professional low voltage installations that require full plenum rated safety and features four stranded bare copper conductors sized at 18 AWG which provide strong conductivity and reliable signal delivery for security systems audio wiring access control circuits and general structured cabling applications. Each conductor is insulated with a low smoke PVC formulation and the cable is enclosed in a CMP rated white PVC plenum jacket approved for use in air handling spaces where strict flame and smoke performance is required. It supports a voltage rating of 300 V and an operating temperature range from 20 C to 75 C which ensures dependable performance across a wide range of building environments. The cable meets the requirements of NFPA 262 CSA C22.2 No 2556 UL 444 UL 13 and UL 1424 providing installers with full code compliance for critical plenum applications. Supplied in a convenient 500 foot pulling box with sequential length markings it allows technicians to manage cable usage measurement and routing efficiently during large scale installations.
